Senior-level leaders need to have the knowledge and tools required to lead their organizations in the three key areas of culture development, employee engagement and managing change. Leading Culture, Change, and Engagement is a three-day program that centers on learning key models and concepts relevant to each of these three areas of focus, while increasing participant awareness about their role and impact within each area. Participants will be equipped with the tools needed to build a high-performance culture that achieves results, effectively move the organization through change and create a highly engaged workforce aligned with the organizational culture.

- Assess your current organizational culture and identify areas of opportunity to achieve and sustain results.
- Explore the dynamics of personal and organizational change, accelerating your change leadership ability and effectiveness.
- Create a plan to target gaps and leverage strengths.
